Care Plan Building

After you book, our care support team will contact you to understand your needs and create a tailored plan.
We’ll also gather details like your location, emergency contacts, and the service start date.

Step 3

Nurse Connection and Kick Off

We’ll create a care plan and find the right nurse. Once we share the contract and invoice with you, make an initial deposit of 75%. We’ll pair you with the nurse soon after, and service billing will start as agreed.
